Nicknames
All my life I have been called by my nickname. Not just by my loved ones but everyone who came in contact with me. It might as well be my name. How old is too old to have a nickname? When are you supposed to become Samantha rather than Sam?

Weight Conscious
I woke up one day and found myself at almost 300 pounds. Looking back, I still can’t believe it. I literally think I looked like a heart attack waiting to happen.
Since then I have lost over 100 pounds and I am still looking at ways to lose more.
